Attic air handler replacement
Daikin air handler on a raised stand, with a trapped condensate line and a float switch — the two cheap parts that keep an attic leak off the ceiling below.
System replacement
Condenser and lineset
Lineset insulated back to the wall and service valves left where the next technician can actually reach them. Same house as the sealed plenum job.
Ductwork
Sealed supply plenum and trunk lines
Supply plenum sealed at every seam, with an in-duct air purifier fitted into the top of it. Air that leaks into an attic is air the homeowner already paid to cool.
System replacement
New Daikin system — the attic half
Furnace and coil for the same changeout, up on a stand with a new flue transition. Nobody looks at this part again — which is exactly why it gets photographed.

Daikin inverter condenser on R-32, set level on its pad with room to pull air. Same house, same day as the attic half of this changeout.
